Delivery Notice
- 1. If you're not available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You can contact them directly to arrange a new delivery.
- 2. The customized orders are delivered by FedEx. FedEx does not deliver in PO boxes nor does it deliver in letter boxes. But it is possible to have your product delivered at your work place.
- 3. During the annual closure of our workshops for the festive season, our delivery timescales may be extended. The updated delivery timeframes are still visible when an order is being placed.
Corporate Orders
- For orders of 50 pieces or more, there is an additional shipping cost of 7% of the total order value. This charge is due to the increased costs associated with shipping large quantities of products.
- The corporate orders with logos are shipped between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the quantity and the time it takes for Lucrin to receive the logo. Please contact us for more info.
